Inetum España, a Spanish technology consultancy and part of the Inetum group, has announced an Employment Restructuring File (ERE) that will affect up to 425 employees, roughly 6 percent of its workforce in Spain, approximately 6,500 employees.
The ERE targets technical staff within Inetum España S.A. The company reports having 6,500 employees in Spain prior to the cuts. While the exact split between direct dismissals and other measures is not disclosed, Trade unions have proposed voluntary severance and early retirement options, and a robust outplacement plan.
