Phoenix Contact Business Services, the Poznań-based business services unit of the Phoenix Contact Group, announced the creation of more than 100 new jobs in Poznań, mainly in IT, engineering, finance and customer service.
The expansion follows the opening of an additional office and is intended to support the group’s growing business services operations and improve process efficiency, with recruitment expected to continue throughout 2026 and local employment projected to reach around 310 by the end of the year. The company became an independent legal entity in January 2026 after being carved out of Phoenix Contact Wielkopolska and already employs more than 200 specialists providing technical, commercial and IT support to the global group.
This initiative reinforces the Phoenix Contact Group’s commitment to innovation and growth across its international portfolio.
