Description
Action, the Dutch non-food discount retail chain, opened its fourth distribution centre in Poland in Dunikowo near Szczecin, where up to 400 jobs are expected to be created.
The 44,000 sqm facility is managed and operated directly by the company and will supply up to 180 Action stores in Poland and Germany, and is built to BREEAM Outstanding standards, underscoring Action’s commitment to sustainability. The investment is intended to strengthen Action’s supply chain capacity in Poland and support the further expansion of its store network in the country. The new centre is Action’s 18th distribution facility in Europe and forms part of the company’s broader growth in Poland, where it already operates 453 stores and employs more than 6,800 people.
Action previously opened a logistics centre in Bieruń Action Poland 2023
