Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Glamox is Norwegian lighting manufacturer. It relocated production from Germany to Poland and Norway and closed the German production facilities in 2022. This operation led to financial challenges non-recurring negative impact on EBITDA. The restructuring was expected to have a positive annual EBITDA effect after being fully implemented in 2023.The company's long-term outlook is optimistic, emphasizing increased focus on energy efficiency and digitalization.
