European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
MK Énergies, a French industrial energy solutions company, announced the integration of the Société Nouvelle SA3E, following its acquisition of the firm operating in the energy services sector. The company has hired 100 employees in 2025 across its operations, boosting its workforce to 260 employees.
The acquisition aims to strengthen MK Énergies’ regional presence and capabilities, particularly in automation, control systems and industrial electrotechnics, in line with its growth strategy and commitment to the energy transition. The operation allows the group to expand its customer portfolio and technical expertise while supporting organic growth linked to increased demand for industrial energy efficiency, decarbonisation and digitalisation services
