Ubisoft, a French video-game giant, announced on 26 January 2026 it will reduce its headquarters staff by up to 200 positions. Representing roughly 5 % of its 1,100 employees at Saint-Mandé in Île-de-France. The cut is part of an internal restructuring aimed at revitalising the company amid rapidly accelerating technological changes. The workforce will be offered a voluntary collective early-termination scheme, with no direct dismissals reported.
