Description
Nestlé France, a division of the Swiss multinational food-and-beverage group, announced plans to reduce up to 180 jobs in France. However, taking into account vacancies, job creations and voluntary internal mobility, the effective social impact could be reduced from 75 to 100 positions. The cuts will affect the headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux and the R&D centers in Tours and Lisieux.
The decision follows the group’s 2025 global cost-reduction plan aimed at cutting €1 billion in expenses, and will prioritize internal mobility and voluntary exit schemes over compulsory redundancies.
The company’s workforce in France totals 9,000 employees.
