Description

Hungarian construction firm Bayer Construct has inaugurated its new bathroom assembly plant, along with a new reinforced-concrete prefabrication unit and carpentry and metalworking shop in Sóskút, Central Hungary. The plant will be able to produce 250-300 bathrooms per month. The investment will create 200 new jobs.

The investment cost was €13.9 million.

In addition, a small geothermal power plant is under construction in Tököl, not far from the Sóskút site.

Bayer Construct is a prominent player in the Hungarian construction sector, with a particular focus on prefabrication. According to the CEO, the government support enables them to become a strong competitor in the housing construction market against multinational companies.
