Description

The Finnish software company Vincit has announced it will start cooperation negotiations that could lead to the dismissal of 45 employees. Approximately 375 of the company's employees are covered by the negotiations, which concern personnel at Vincit's service business activities.

According to the company's announcement, it aims "to adapt the company's organisational structure to respond to the rapid AI revolution and to adjust the number of employees to the prevailing market situation".

At the beginning of 2026, the company had already cut down its organisation by 10 persons among management, sales and business support roles.

Vincit had 446 employees in Finland in 2024. It also has business locations in Sweden, Poland, Portugal and the US.
