Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ), the state-owned holding company of the Polish defense industry, has announced that it plans to create over 200 jobs.
The recruitment concerns various subsidiaries of PGZ across Poland. In Wrocław, PIT-RADWAR is looking for 40 specialists, including software developers, electronics engineers, designers, and quality control experts. Jelcz, the armoured vehicle manufacturer, intends to maintain high recruitment levels for mechanics, welders, and locksmiths throughout 2025.
