Rolls-Royce Power Systems, a German manufacturer of power and propulsion systems, has announced that it plans to create 1,000 new jobs worldwide by the end of 2026.
About 500 positions are expected to be created at its headquarters in Friedrichshafen, Germany. The recruitment drive targets specialists for production and assembly to increase capacity for engine series and energy systems for data centers and the defense sector. Investments are being made at various German locations as well as across the United States, where the company is expanding its sites in South Carolina and Minnesota.
Rolls-Royce Power Systems, a German subsidiary of Rolls-Royce Group, employs approximately 11,000 people globally, with 6,300 based in Friedrichshafen.
