Description
Multinational data centre company Equinix is to create 200 new jobs in Dundalk Co. Louth as part of a five-year $700 million investment in a new advanced manufacturing facility. The new Dundalk plant will manufacture specialised power equipment for data centres.
Hiring has already begun for the new positions. Roles will include as precision engineering, quality assurance and lean manufacturing.
Equinix, runs 280 data centres across six continents and works with partners such as Amazon Web Services, Nvidia, Azure and Google Cloud.
