Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
BIG Piła, a joint retail real estate development project in the commercial property sector, will create over 300 jobs in Piła, Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, Poland, with opening planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.
The investment is being carried out jointly by BIG Poland and Acteeum Central Europe, and involves the construction of a shopping centre offering initially 24,000 sqm of retail space (expandable to 38,000 sqm) with around 40 stores, including a large Agata furniture showroom, targeting up to 100,000 customers in the region.
BIG Poland develops and manages retail parks across Poland, while Acteeum Central Europe is an international retail real estate developer and asset manager active in Central and Eastern Europe, specialising in shopping centres and mixed-use projects.
