Description
The Nordic company Transtema, providing services within communications infrastructure, has announced that it will cut 250 jobs worldwide by the end of 2026.
In Sweden, the company plans to reduce approximately 160 positions Transtema 2026-SE , while another 90 jobs are expected to be cut in NorwayTranstema 2026 - NO.
The layoffs are part of a cost-reduction initiative approved by the company's Board of Directors, which occurred in view of a weak result in the fourth quarter of 2025. The cost‑reduction initiative is aimed at lowering the company’s overall cost base and streamlining its operations.
The source provides that about 70 jobs in Norway were cut in the fourth quarter of 2025 under the programme.
