Description
Docebo, the Italian branch of the Canadian e-learning company, has announced a restructuring plan involving 49 redundancies at its Biassono (MB) site, out of a total workforce of 394.
The process was formally initiated on 13 January 2026 with the opening of a collective redundancy procedure, with the aim of redefining the organisational structure to better align operations with market needs.
No dismissals have taken effect at this stage, and the trade unions have requested alternative measures, such as extraordinary wage support schemes, to mitigate the impact of the planned redundancies. Eight-hour strikes are scheduled for 28 January, with further negotiations planned at Assolombarda Monza on 29 and 30 January.
