The Finnish electricity production company, Helen, has entered cooperation negotiations that might lead to a cut of up to 125 jobs. Approximately 795 persons are within the scope of the negotiations.
According to the company, the negotiations are a part of internal restructuring measures aiming at strengthening the conditions for profitable and sustainable growth. In addition to job cuts, the negotiations could lead to changes in employees' working time, employment contracts or work tasks.
Simultaneously, Helen has started a planning process of integrating its subsidiary Väre into the parent company.
In 2024, Helen had a total of 777 employees in some type of employment relationship.
