Description
Airbus Atlantic, a subsidiary of the Airbus Group and a French aeronautics company, is launching a recruitment campaign to hire more than 300 fitters at its Méaulte site, specialising in the assembly of front fuselages and military helicopter structures.
The positions are open to applicants without a college degree and who are undergoing professional reconversion, as well as people who have been out of the labour market for a long period. The campaign is being carried out with the recruitment agency Adecco. The chosen candidates will take part in a six-month training programme, fully funded by Airbus Atlantic.
Previously, in 2025, the ERM database recorded another recruitment campaign at Airbus Atlantic, covering 450 jobs, including 200 permanent and 250 temporary positions: Airbus Atlantic 2025 - FR.
Updated, 30/03/2026
Due to the growth of the company, Airbus Atlantic will recruit 400 fitter-assemblers in 2026, 100 of whom will be permanent workers in its Méaulte site. The remaining 300 hires will be temporary. No experience in the sector or specialised education is required, as junior workers will benefit from three months of training. This initiative is the result of a collaboration with the national employment agency, France Travail.
