European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Stroblhof Active Family Spa Lake Garda Resort opened November 14 in Gargnano (Brescia), creating 100 new jobs with 70% of employees from Gargnano and neighboring municipalities.
The resort occupies 71,425 square meters with lake views, featuring 140 suites and 3,000 square meters dedicated to wellness including saunas, thermal baths, gyms, and indoor/outdoor pools. Year-round operation provides stable employment, municipal revenue, local supplier contracts, deseasonalization, and destination prestige.
Regional Tourism Councilor praised the ownership for creating jobs and quality, generating value for Lake Garda and Lombardy.
