The initiative aims to expand flight operations and strengthen service capacity ahead of the next travel season. Successful candidates will join under rotational schedules (five days on, three days off), with competitive pay and career development opportunities.
Ryanair, founded in 1984 in Ireland, carries over 180 million passengers annually and operates a fleet of more than 550 Boeing aircraft, employing over 20,000 people across Europe. The airline maintains a significant presence in Poland, including operational bases in Warsaw, Kraków, and Wrocław.
