Description
As announced on 23 October 2025, the German Pressedruck media group, based in Augsburg (Bavaria), plans to cut 350 jobs by the end of 2027 as part of its restructuring program “Aurora”. This corresponds to roughly 10% of its 3,400 employees. The group cites digitalisation and changing market conditions as the main reasons. The restructuring includes streamlining and centralising IT and service departments across all sites into a new unit in Augsburg.
The company intends to involve employee representatives and carry out the job cuts primarily through natural attrition in a socially responsible manner.
