European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
As announced on 8 September 2025, the globally active German mechanical engineering and packaging specialist Dienst Packsystems is opening a new site in Wiesbaden, Hesse, creating 100 new jobs.
The company specialises in the production of packaging machines for frozen pizzas and supplies clients across all continents in both the food and non-food sectors. The mayor of Wiesbaden stated that the company's arrival significantly enhances the city's attractiveness as a business hub.
