European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
HP Composites has announced restructuring plans for its Ascoli facility affecting approximately 100 positions among 537 current employees. The French multinational has notified unions and Confindustria of plans for one-year extraordinary unemployment benefits starting as early as October.
The Marche Region has convened a technical meeting for Wednesday to address the situation at the Campolungo industrial zone facility. A factory assembly is scheduled for Monday, with unions expected to announce their official position today regarding the proposed restructuring.

The company has appointed an external advisor to monitor its financial situation. The 15-year-old Ascoli facility spans 22,000 square meters across five buildings and has employed up to 700 workers including temporary staff during peak periods
