European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Over 100 jobs are at risk at EDIM's Setteville and Villasanta facilities, with workforce reduction planned from 332 to 230 employees by the end of the year. The engineering die-casting and machining company, controlled by Bosch Group, faces persistent crisis amid declining revenues.
