Description
The German energy supplier Hansewerk is creating around 180 new jobs in northern Germany by the end of 2025, primarily in electricity grid expansion, customer service and climate-neutral district heating supply. The new jobs are being created due to the increased demand for renewable energies and are aimed at skilled workers and career starters in the industrial and commercial sectors.
Most of the jobs are permanent and are accompanied by a structured onboarding programme.
HanseWerk currently employs around 2,300 people and, together with its subsidiaries, operates supply grids for over three million customers in northern Germany. 250 new jobs were created in 2023 Hansewerk 2023 - DE.
