Description
Toulouse-based Ami Bois, a French company specialising in the construction of individual wooden houses, has announced its closure after being placed in liquidation. In total, 140 employees, including 26 senior managers, are about to lose their jobs. In 2024, the company saw a 45% drop in sales of individual houses. It had tried to diversify its activities, especially in the renovation sector, in response to the crisis occurring in the construction industry. However, this was not sufficient to boost its growth curve.
