Description
Api Tech, a Nancy based designer and manufacturer of automated industrial machines, is cutting 103 jobs across its three production sites in Seichamps (Meurthe-et-Moselle), Saint-Dizier (Haute-Marne), and Bollène (Vaucluse). To implement this restructuring, 21 positions will be eliminated in Saint-Dizier, 56 in Seichamps, and 26 in Bollène.
The company experienced rapid growth following the COVID-19 pandemic but now faces the challenge of innovating to maintain its competitiveness. A voluntary departure plan has been introduced, allowing employees to leave until mid-February. Api Tech has also committed to supporting affected workers through psychological and social assistance, personalized career guidance, and training or reconversion programs to help them transition into new roles.
