Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

The Spanish fashion and lifestyle logistics multinational Logisfashion is opening a new logistics centre in Ontígola (Toledo) in April 2025, with an employment creation of 600 to 700 people during normal activity and up to 1,600 workers during peak demand, like Black Friday and sales campaigns.
The Ontígola IV will have an 80,000m² useful area on a plot of 176,000m², including 77 loading and unloading docks, 2,000m² of office space, 76,328m² of storage space and 440 parking spaces. It will also have a photovoltaic self-consumption project. The facility will be located in the Dehesa de la Plata Industrial Estate. The facility will start operations in April 2025 and is expected to reach a management volume of 38.41 Muds in 2026. The facility will be climate-controlled all year round. It will have an artificial lagoon and native vegetation with low water demand.
