Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

DIGI has inaugurated its new customer service centre in Seville, with plans to create approximately 130 jobs over the coming months, according to a statement issued by the company.
This new facility, located within the ‘Kansas City’ business centre and spanning 400 square metres, has been established to enhance operational efficiency and improve the customer experience. According to company sources, this new centre, which complements DIGI’s existing customer service hub in Madrid, will contribute to further strengthening the company’s customer experience while also generating employment and adding value to the Andalusian community.
As of the end of 2024, DIGI employed approximately 8,750 people across Spain, of whom 1,440 were based in Andalusia
