Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

French financial services group Meilleurtaux has announced plans to create 110 jobs in Europe in 2025.
The hiring plan includes 110 permanent positions and 40 internships and work-study opportunities, strengthening various divisions such as wealth management, real estate lending, credit consolidation, and insurance. Key recruitment locations in France include Paris, Lille, Le Mans, and Reims. 100 new independent advisors will be integrated into the company’s agent network launched in 2024. Additionally, its network of 300 franchised Meilleurtaux agencies plans to recruit 400 new employees. Beyond France, Meilleurtaux plans to expand its workforce in Belgium and Luxembourg, where it has been present since 2023.
