European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Toyota, the automobile manufacturer, is hiring 500 permanent workers in 2025 at its Onnaing (North) site. In addition, 100 temporary workers are recruited each month to support production. Despite challenges in the automotive market, the company remains active, with the SUV Yaris model now representing the majority of its production and experiencing continued growth. The recruitment process involves three stages: an initial meeting, skill assessments, and a final interview.
