European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Harmonie Mutuelle, a French mutual insurance company, is set to recruit 270 workers across France in 2025.
The largest hiring effort will take place in Pays de la Loire, where 140 new employees will be brought on board. These positions will span various roles, including commercial jobs and call centre positions, to strengthen customer support and services. In Normandy, approximately 50 new hires are expected. Similar to those in Pays de la Loire, they will include positions in commercial services, call centres, and health and welfare management. The company is also actively seeking candidates for work-study contracts. In Brittany, 80 workers will be recruited across a range of positions.
As of 2025, Harmonie Mutuelle employs a total workforce of 5,500.
Two prior large restructurings have been recorded on the ERM database, with the hiring of 100 Harmonie Mututelle 2023 - FR, and 350 job cuts Harmonie Mutuelle 2015 - FR.
