Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Fleury Michon, a leading food manufacturing group, is launching a recruitment campaign to hire 120 workers for its factories in Pouzauges, Chantonnay, and Mouilleron-Saint-Germain (Vendée). This hiring initiative aims to strengthen its production capacity and support its ongoing business growth.
The company will recruit for various positions, including line operators, production operators, cleaning staff, and order pickers. The recruitment agency Manpower, which is overseeing the hiring process, has stated that the campaign will target both young professionals entering the workforce and experienced workers
As of 2024, Fleury Michon has a total workforce of 3,310 employees.
