Description
Socotec, a group specialising in testing, inspection, and certification for construction, real estate, and infrastructure, is recruiting 1,500 workers in France in 2025. The goal is to expand and strengthen its expertise in environmental and energy transition. This includes 200 work-study contracts and 100 traineeships.
In Île-de-France, 450 new workers will be hired, particularly construction and environmental engineers, electricity technicians, experts in carbon-free energy, property diagnosticians, and health and safety trainers. Some vacancies will also include managerial roles, branch directors, and sales staff.
In Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, where Socotec specialises in testing services, the 150 hires will include experts in energy, electricity, gas, and security, as well as engineers specialized in construction and carbon-free energy.
Socotec has a total workforce of 13,500 worldwide, including 6,000 in France.
Socotec is launching a recruitment campaign to hire 130 workers across its 24 local agencies in Normandy. This initiative aims to strengthen its workforce and expertise in various fields. Among the positions available, 130 engineers and technicians will be recruited to support the company’s technical and operational projects. In addition to these roles, Socotec is also seeking managers, commercial staff, and training specialists to enhance its business development and employee training programs.

In Nouvelle-Aquitaine, 100 workers will be recruited across various roles to strengthen operations in the region. Similarly, in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, 30 new hires are planned, while Hauts-de-France will see the addition of 120 workers. In Brittany, 80 new employees will join the workforce. The majority of these positions are for engineers and technicians. However, the recruitment also includes a variety of roles ranging from agency directors to commercial positions
