Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Baker Tilly, a specialist consulting firm in multiple disciplines, is hiring 300 employees across its 60 offices in France in 2024. This recruitment aims to support the company's growth. Additionally, Baker Tilly is training 200 interns and 75 work-study students.
A variety of positions are being recruited, including approximately 30 data controllers to strengthen the company’s digital transformation efforts, particularly in cybersecurity, data management, and artificial intelligence.
Baker Tilly has set a revenue target of €400 million by 2030. To expand its presence across the country, the company has also acquired several consulting firms. Across its 60 offices, the company employs 2,100 people.
