The conditions of the programme will be negotiated with employee representatives according to local regulations. The restructuring comes as a response to declining demand.
Headquartered in Luxembourg, Ardagh operates 60 metal and glass production facilities in 16 countries worldwide. The group employs approximately 20,000 people.
