Brno-based Whalebone, a leading provider of cybersecurity for the telecommunications sector, has announced plans to create 190 new jobs by the end of 2025, following the company's receipt of an investment worth CZK 335 million ($14 million) for further development.

The funding will enable the company to execute on several strategic initiatives, including global expansion, improving customer support, accelerating product development, growing in the enterprise and public sectors, and improving threat detection capabilities.
Whalebone, established in 2016 in the city of Brno, Czech Republic, has grown into the official provider of secure DNS resolution for the European Union and a globally recognized market leader with the highest number of telco mass-market cybersecurity deployments.
