European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
As announced on 7 February 2025, Quest One, a company in the hydrogen industry and a subsidiary of MAN Energy Solutions, has launched a cost-cutting program. The company is responding to an overall strained economic situation and a slower-than-expected ramp-up of the German and international hydrogen sector.
Management expects the program to result in the elimination of approximately 120 jobs at the Augsburg and Hamburg locations. The job cuts are intended to be carried out without compulsory redundancies whenever possible.
The company employs around 550 people.
