Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Baker Tilly France, a subsidiary of the consulting and accounting firm Baker Tilly International, is hiring 300 workers in 2025. The hiring wave aims to support Baker Tilly France’s 10% growth in 2024 and expand its presence in major regional cities. The new recruitment will also strengthen its expertise in emerging growth strategies such as digitalisation.
In 2024, Baker Tilly France recruited 291 workers and integrated the Serco Partners cabinet.
