Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

RATP, the French state-owned company managing public transportation, has announced that it will create about 9,300 jobs worldwide by the end of 2025.
Among these, 6,470 jobs will be created in France RATP 2025-FR . The recruitment targets a range of profiles, including bus conductors, station staff, maintenance operators, security guards, and ticket inspectors. Additionally, the company will provide 1,000 work-study contracts (alternance) and 500 entry-level contracts across France. This extensive recruitment effort follows significant investments made in preparation for the Olympic Games.
Additionally, RATP plans to create 1,080 jobs in the United States, 370 in Italy, and 280 in Saudi Arabia.
