European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Stellantis, the Franco-Italian-American car manufacturer, is set to recruit 210 full-time permanent workers across all its factories. This recruitment comes as a strategic move to strengthen the company’s skills in component fabrication. While the Group has recently placed greater emphasis on temporary workers, this initiative marks a significant commitment to bolstering its permanent workforce, and Stellantis has indicated that further recruitments may be on the horizon.
Several large restructurings have been recorded in the ERM database, with the most recent cut involving 500 jobs in Poland Stellantis 2024 - PL.
