Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Vinci Construction, the construction subsidiary of the Vinci Group, is set to hire 6,000 workers in 2025. This includes 4,500 full-time permanent contracts and 1,500 internships and work-study opportunities (alternance).
Since 2023, the company has been recruiting 6,000 workers annually as part of its Build Better Together employer initiative. This commitment has strengthened Vinci Construction's reputation as a preferred employer for students and young professionals, particularly due to its efforts in gender equality and the green transition.
Vinci Construction employs 53,000 people in France and 119,000 worldwide.
