Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Collins Aerospace, an aviation components manufacturer, plans to lay off 126 employees at its facilities near Rzeszów and Krosno. The restructuring aims to reduce costs and optimise global operations. The redundancies will include 25 non-production workers and 101 production workers. The company has notified the local labour office and the company's trade union, which has 21 days to respond before layoffs commence. Collins Aerospace designs, manufactures, and services systems and components for commercial aviation, business aviation, military and defense, helicopters, space, airports, and other industries.
