Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

The Apave Group, an international leader in risk management is hiring 1,700 workers in France. This business expansion is part of a recruitment wave of 2,500 worldwide, which aims to support the group's growth. 133 workers will be hired in the Paca region, 96 will be permanent and 10 work-study contracts (alternance). In Normandy, the Group is hiring 114 workers. In the North and Hauts-de-France, the group is recruiting 86 workers, including 62 permanent contracts. 10 work-study contracts (alternance) will be offered, who are then eligible for a permanent contract. Additionally, in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Apave is recruiting 270 of it's workers including 200 permanent contracts.
As of 2023, the Apave Group counted a total workforce of around 16,500 worldwide. Several prior restructurings have been recorded on the ERM database, with the latest hiring 900 workers in 2021 Apave 2021 - FR.
