Description
Univercells, a Belgian biotech company and group specialised in the development of vaccinations has announced it will restructure its facility in Gosselies. In total 73 of the 400 employees at the facility are facing dismissal.
The main reasoning behind the dismissal according to the company management are both related to the current economic situation as well as an overcapacity within the sector. As prescribed by the Renault-Law, the company management has started the consultation and information phase with the trade unions.
