European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Following an expansion, the global fast food chain McDonald’s is looking for restaurant and McCafe workers, janitors, hostesses, and shift managers in training for sites across the country.
The starting net salary for restaurant workers is around €1230 (including €560 of non-taxable benefits per year). McCafe workers are offered close to €1200 net, janitors receive €1200, and hostesses are responsible for creating a good atmosphere of €1340. The salary for novice shift managers is €1330. All the listed salaries include the average monthly bonus of €560 per year.
McDonald’s in Croatia has 46 restaurants in 17 cities, and its 1,910 employees serve approximately 50,000 guests daily.
