Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The 4Cad Group, a provider of software solutions specialising in industrial digitalisation, is set to hire 150 new employees at its Bouguenais site by 2028. To accommodate its growth, the company has invested €4 million to double the size of its headquarters.
With this expansion, 4Cad Group aims to reach a total workforce of 800 employees by early 2028, including 600 in the Bouguenais site. The company also runs an internal training program, enabling it to form its own engineers and consultants. Additionally, 4Cad Group plans to expand its network of nine agencies, with a particular focus on international growth.
