Ethics in the digital workplace

The main trade unions have initiated industrial action proceedings and are calling for a review of the decision. Additionally, Ugl Agroalimentare has announced plans for worker consultations to determine further responses. The company has indicated its readiness to engage in dialogue with union representatives regarding the implementation process.
