Glide Energy, a Spanish renewable-energy company, is set to invest 87 million Euro in three bio-methane plants in the Aragonese community. These three plants, located in Magallón (Zaragoza), Esquedas and Candasnos (Huesca), will involve the creation of 141 new jobs (36 direct jobs and 105 indirect jobs during the operational phase), plus 150 jobs during construction, to be operational from the last quarter of 2025.
Glide Energy is in greenfield development and investment company in the renewable energy sector industry, with a focus on solar photovoltaic, wind, storage and bio-methane technologies, and specialised in the treatment and valorisation of agro-livestock by-products to primarily produce bio-methane and fertilisers.
