Description
The Turkish e-commerce platform Trendyol announced the opening of a warehouse in Stefanestii de Jos (Ilfov County) by the end of December 2024. The company will hire up to 250 people starting with 1 December 2024.
Trendyol is part of the Chinese group Alibaba and operates the fashion marketplace of the same name, officially launched in Romania in January this year. The company estimates that the logistics center will process more than 2,5 million deliveries by the end of next year. The warehouse covers 50,000 square meters.
The warehouse opened in Romania is the company's second logistics center in Europe, after Poland.
