Groupama Loire Bretagne, a subsidiary of Groupama specialising in mutual insurance, has announced plans to recruit 250 permanent sales advisors alongside 150 temporary workers. New recruits will undergo a six-month training period, during which they will earn the minimum wage. Recruitment plays a vital role in the company’s strategy, highlighted by its significant investment in employees' development, with 7% of its payroll allocated to training in 2023.
The company, which operates primarily in Western France, currently employs a total workforce of 2,325 people.
